About costs of WAP, it depends on your subscription/provider. Still, 175000 byte should be between NOK 4 - 10 -not very much. As I discribed above, the price is higher for the first MB, then it's usually about NOK 25 pr.MB. Netcom offers 20 MB for NOK 200. That means more than 100 times as much as you have used untill now =NOK 200.

It's strange that you can't call/SMS to other countries. Last time I was in France I had no problem calling back to Norway with my ordinary subscribtion. If you are visiting Norway, I recomend that you wait untill summer. It's cold as hell now, but the girls are still beautyfull...

It's cold here too, and raining constantly. I've been to and have family in Copenhagen, Denmark. I pretty much know how damn cold it gets there in the winter ;-P Lets not forget about the constant darkness too...
Anyways, I have no problem recieving calls from anywhere in the world, but I can't make calls or send/recieve SMS out of the country. It's really annoying
Everytime I try to make a call to a country outside of France, it says "call restricted". Argh.
