We saw that with the doggman A L E X incident.

Any one heard of constructive criticism?

I'm with fatreg, themarquise, cycovision, jcwhite and the others who are tired of the never-ending hate wars. Over what - phones. A good amount of objectivity is what we need. Different people have different needs (or even preferences), and we all ought to respect that.

Nowadays, I just skip the wars - as tempted as I am to bash a few heads in anger over their non-objectivity Of course, doing that would only further add fuel to the furnace (as I discovered the few times I did bash).

I agree with what you've said, @AYA. I've always steered clear of flame-wars cos there's no use trying to reason with people who aren't prepared to take no for an answer.

@A L 3 X, sometimes age is not all that important, especially when the poster is able to communicate with a certain level of maturity, such as yourself. BUT, there is no denying that there are some immature posters who are not afraid to show their immaturity. Of course, there are some adults that behave that way too. I feel these people dilute the very essence of Esato.

@fatreg, thanks for this thread, it at least allows the more concerned Esatonians to have an outlet for our opinions. If the rumours about Dogmann leaving Esato are true, then I believe it is truly a great loss for Esato. I have not seen the controversial thread mentioned, but I've always found Dogmann's posts to be constructive and almost always backed with solid evidence, even in the face of harsh criticism.
