the w960 IMO is a w950 with a camera and added memory.
k850 is definately the winnder cause of these points
Unbranded walkman 3.0 player
5mp autofocus equipped camera.
QVGA recording
HSPDA
and when the 4gb and 8gb micro's come out you can use the phone as your proper mp3 aswell as the 960!

i would probably go for the k850 cause i think if even though you want a good camera you still havea good musicphone. k850 also boasts a walkman 3.0 player(thats what eldar murtazin claims) and a much better camera. it also boasts HSDPA but if you need wifi you should go for the w960
