In Greece,you can pre-order P1i from a cell phones' shop,in the price of 500 euros,including VAT!I think it's a logical price for its capabilities!

Well, considering the initial date was scheduled for Q4, I'm glad that the new date seems to be in Q3. Now, if retailers are jumping it and claiming availability in order to get advanced orders/payments... then that's not SE's fault.
I'm waiting for both the P1 and the W960 to be released so I can make a real comparison for myself. My supplier told me that the P1 should be coming in 1st week of August (as told to him by SE) so it does coincide with what everyone seems to be hearing (Aug 2). Maybe retailers are selling off protos or test units... maybe there was an initial batch delivered to test the networks or the 1st batch might be really buggy... I don't wanna have to contend with returning a defective unit within the 1st week... even if it will be replaced for free.
I've learned to wait at least a couple of weeks for bugs to surface... hehehehe. Saves me a trip back to the shop.

I know Fring should have a version out for it soon but that's not quite the same as SE saying it would have built in support and it doesn't. I mean how are we meant to trust anything SE say when they constantly lie absolutely unbelievable IMO.

That is not quite the same but also it is quite the same, contradictory
Users want voip so they will get it, and according to the P990 fring experiance it will work superb. So it seams fring came to SE rescue.
Although I do agree that SE are gambling too much which is not good at all.
