That's really weird, I'm only 18 and went into a CPW asking about the Nokia 8600, and the guy said lets 1st do a credit check to see if you can get one and then we can talk about offers and what not. So i said ya ok. He did the credit check and it came back approved, no deposited required nothing. In the end i said i don't want to spend £50 oer month on another contract.
Maybe its because i have been good with my banks and have had a credit card as soon as i turned 18.

IMO if you already have a contract either adding a new contract and new phone or just upgrading means you don't have to go through a new credit check may be worth bearing in mind. So before you cancel see if you can get a new contract first would be my advice. Also CPW say in their brochure that for most Networks all you need now is a Credit Card with Chip and Pin for credit clearance.

Sorry but i do not think you are right how ever logical your thinking may be if you actually read the terms and conditions the Network has the right to cancel your contact at any time with 30 days notice except in this case you are not liable to any termination costs. You really can not force them to sell you anything and supply their services if they don't want to.

I was just gunna do it online tbh..
im just abit fussy with jobs I know but I need a well paid one due to circumstances

want to visit the three store and see that E61 Nokia..
if all goes peared shaped then I might have to use PAYG awhile whats worse having no top of the range phone or no Virgin Media package lmao
