so it;s not the same lens in K series...well at least its doing the job. The P1 lens had to be firmware updated, cuz it sucked

The pictures are more reminiscent of the K750/W800 image quality rather than the K800/K810/K850. What I mean by that is that there appears to be more noise in the picture, but at the same time a lot less digital sharpening/smoothing that you sometimes get on the Cybershot line which tends to make things appear strange when viewed at 100% because details are being blurred out by the noise filters.

Yes, you are definitely on to something there! I really like the daylight pictures. I guess that only having one LED is both good and bad because on close range shots two LED-lights seem to become too bright, but one seem to be insufficient at a range further then 1 meter.

There are pictures that i've found on Flickr (I hope the original photographers don't mind me posting them here) taken by the T650.
The images are a bit soft, but overall I think they look fantastic. There is little to no noticeable noise reduction artifacts, and the colors are very vivid and lifelike. Also, no strange white fog/haze issue like the K800 seems to exhibit.

it is nice pic under good lighting condition but cloudy day in uk,the color seems dull to me....

great pix. if anyone doesnt mind, i'd really like to see more pictures taken with the t650(i) in total darkness with the flash on. i'm really interested in this phone and i wanna know if the flash is any good in total darkness. kinda like the k750(i)
