I think the biggest problem would be knowing the proper pronunciation, I notice they sound very differently than the way they are spelled. Are there any guides on how to pronounce the words properly? Example, how do you pronounce "r" e.g. "merci", I notice the "r" doesn't sound like any english alphabet I know. Also those silent letters...
