I wish the captions (e.g. "Cyber-Shot") of each icon have also mirror effect as shown in the screenshot.

Check your menu.ml file for the "correct" order. The icon number should be the number of the corresponding menu item. If not, renumber the icons.
So you can put the icons and menu items in any order you want (1-12, left-right, top-bottom), just by changing the order of items in menu.ml. Do NOT change the numbers of the items, this will result in a menu error.

O yeah, here's my version of this great set of icons. I enlarged the icons so they fill the screen better. They're kind of silverish and suit many color settings.
