PS2 can play PSone games apart from a few of the early ones.
Just sell the PSone though you wont get much for it.
Remember PS3 will be able to play PS2 and PSone games as well

BTW i had a PS2 - load of shite.. not much better than the PS1 so i sold it and got a GC which was way better but unfortuanely nintendo's attempt to capture the adult market seems to me so far not to have worked. Now i've got an xbox and it is, in
my opinion the best of the bunch.

Sony are still selling more PS2 consoles than any of the other, and it has a lead that M$ will not be able to compete with. More consoles sold means larger user base which leads to more games.
