@Greggy Ive only just started to read the post regarding the problems your are experincing.
The problems you are experincing are to due with WAP or email? is this correct?
You also mention you are being cut of after 10 mins? Is this wap or GPRS ?
sorry to ask, I will try to help if i can.
Thanks Daz

Ummm, yeah....and also, did you know they actually fund the purchase of terroist weapons in the middle east and they enjoy tearing the limbs of kittens...
Seriously, if you don't like it, there's 5 other mainstream networks to pick from. Go to them.

Its just really strange, I have never heard of this at all.
My wap has so far been on for the last 15 hours (Since 7am this morning)
I have drove to work, drove to my friends house and it never lost connecting once.
I have lots and lots of friends on o2, payg and contract and not one of them has had a problem at all. Infact my friends kid has just got a new PAYG with o2 and been on it solid for 4 hours, he had to charge it up half way through using it.
It also doesnt matter what phone you are using, I have a Unbranded phone and this works just as good as the branded one, infact I have a unlocked branded orange phone and this works just as good.
This may sound really strange but what are you using the wap for.
o2 do state it cant be used for certain things?
"Permitted Uses are use of your SIM card within a handheld mobile device for the purposes of internet browsing only. Any other use of the O2 Web Bolt On will not be a Permitted Use"
including but not limited to:
Email;
Use with Data Cards or Modems;
Instant Messaging,
IP Telephony,
Point 2 Point file sharing and file transfer,
VoIP (e.g. Skype™),
Video and TV streaming,
Slingboxes; and
Use in conjunction with routers.
Not sure if this helps
