Why don't we tell SE about our complaints
let's make them hear our voice
they may actually wake up and correct everything in the next phones
let's send them the same email by different users talking to them about the problems:
1- build quality
2- camera
3- speaker
4- screen size
5- same old processors on new phones e.g: (208 MHz since P990 and still on P5)
6- high prices for nothing new e.g:(N82 is cheaper than K850 - N82 is WAY better)
7- Old technologies e.g: (X1 has 3.8Mbps 3G speed - HTC Diamond has 7.2 Mbps )
8- being late e.g: (X1 was announced early 2008 and will available in Q3 - HTC Diamond was announced in May and will be available in May also)
let's send them emails
let's go to their offices if available (I'm in Dubai, the head offices are not here)
I'm really sure we can make difference

The best SE yet Z610i!
I agree. My Z610i went throught A LOT from me: I dropped it while skiing and so skis skied on top of it for like an hour in negative 15c temperatures and yet I had only a minor scratch on the reflective surface. I dropped it countless times on concrete pavement, and only minor dents. Then I dropped it into a sink of water once, and the phone still works no problem, though it consumes more battery than before.
But I do need to replace it soon, my keypad is starting to crack and the phone navigation pad fell off =(
I'm starting to get a little disappointed with Sony Ericsson but I have faith in them still. If they don't perform well with the international side, I'm still be sticking with Sony Ericsson...... just Japan phones! =)
