P800 was officially announced to be here last sept so I prepared myself to buy by Dec. I have no regrets buying it immediately.

Nokia phone prices go down faster because of Supply and Demand.
Almost every has a 7650 now because of the globe promo and the stores are lowering their prices to get rid of their stock. They probably ordered lost of Nokia phones because its popular.
SE on the other hand is not so popular so there's no oversupply. Infact supply is scarce sometimes especially with accessories.

SE: T68i -> P800 (though maturity in the market is mostly considered for t68i's price drop)

you will always find a lot of phones in greenhills that are cheaper than authorized dealers for the simple reason that a lot of the phones are smuggled or stolen.
if its smuggled, the only warranty you get is from the guy who sold it to you. don't know about you, but when my phone has a serious problem, i want it replaced, not made kalikot by some technician. that service i can get definitely from an authorized dealer.
now if the phone is a stolen phone, e bahala nalang kayo if you want to patronize thieves...

revolc, yup! tanungin mo un tao dun! bsta tlgang semicon phone sya umm d ko lng alam kung stolen. B4 dad ko bumili ng 8910 sa gh wd warnty na brightpoint eh nasira, so dinala ko sa semicon ginwa nila + upgrade pa for free... oh yah btw, nawala pa un resibo
