on anyother forum with a little more strict mods, you'd be out in no time for merely giving "statements" as you call them without giving reasons. Most of your replies to almost all topics you post in are two or three word replies.

I am expressing myself as briefly and clearly as possible. I don't like writing novels about why phone A is better than phone B *coughDogmanncough*, which would be a tad too tiresome to read.
And no, I wouldn't have been kicked out of the forum for such kind of "misbehaviour". Seriously, do you have a problem with me?

Hang on hang on....
am I reading this right!?
120fps in XVGA!?
So that's 1024*768 in pure 120fps video? oooooh.....
Even Sonys' H50 only does 30fps at 640*480
methinks some manufacturers have got to up the ante......
Nudge nudge wink wink Nokia......

are too busy with their walkman phones to be bothered with anything constructive, the K850i is an atrocious phone, I've had sagem phones that offer better build quality....

Nope, I'm afraid you're not reading it right, fatreg, it clearly says "QVGA" in the first post. I'm afraid that the CPU and the battery could find it hard to cope with a resolution such as XVGA.
As for QVGA vs NightBlade: I generally think QVGA is right, maybe except the stricter mods argument. While "feeling sorry for NB" is merely a slight joking pinch, not an attack of any sort, I've seen forums so strict that they'd warn you for something like that. Luckily, Esato is not such a place.
@NB: I don't actually find these "novels" as you call them annoying, they can be pretty useful while choosing a phone.

You guys really think that this phone has much better specs than C905

as i see it the only thing that this phone has to brag over the C905 was the better video recording. everything about the platform's flexibility and functionality is still questionable we all know that

and since this is a non-Os phone it supports java applications, i wonder how can this beat C905's powerful a200 platform esp. that java applications have some issues dealing with touchscreen interfaces

ISO up to 1600 in a cameraphone? Nice, that'll give you some very noisy pictures on that tiny camera sensor.
Anyway, I'd still prefer C905 over this any day because it lacks a keypad.
Other than that, it looks good. Let's just hope LG won't put an awfully slow and sluggish UI in this, and that they don't mess up with the GPS and wifi, as it would kill what seems to be a decent phone.

Problem is with the claim of full VGA video on phones is its just not the case. I have had Nokia phones with so called VGA recording and it was really grainy on pc screen. Think their fooling us. I would also not just go for the SonyEricsson cos of track id just does not bother me. I would go for it cos i prefer their brand and their quailty. Every review i have read of LG touch screen phones have complained of usability issues. Not long ago alot of SE phones i thought were poor but recently i think their improving again. I would choose SE over LG despite LG's improvements and specs. I would also choose Nokia over LG cos i have tried LG and im not fond of them.

Bonovox,
You do realize what VGA is, right? It has nothing to do with the quality, merely the resolution, and that is indeed VGA, so you shouldn't go there.
What you're saying is the exact same as saying a 5 mp cam phone is better than a 3 mp cam phone.

All CMOS based camphones produces noisy pics from ISO 200 and above. they should have used CCD instead if they are aiming to give users the real benefit of ISO1600. in fact even a S700 produces images with an ISO sensitivity of 2000 i had a chance to compare it with my old W800 shot at ISO 800 and believe it or not the noise and graininess is much worse on my W800.
also I hate the fact that LG ditches the ATi CPu on their flagship phones. they used it on LG Prada but was withdrawn with Viewty. and given LG's lack of experience with Java Platform i'm pretty sure the beauty of it's flashy UI will slowly fade until user will find the phone useless functionality wise.

razec that's not true either. CMOS is better than CCD these days, and the majority of dslr cameras are based on CMOS sensors as well.

no i'm pointing out at tiny CMOS chips inside camphones not the large APS type matrices on dslrs
anyway, upon reading some more news, i notice that this phone lacks something: DLNA?
