Yes almost everything in the DB3150 FS is the same as the previous platform FS.

For who don't no how to customize db3150 isn't simple(cause is $$$)
1- Using davinci(and 10 credits)
2- When the program show the tabs to choose cda you'll need to put that archive

3- After that you'll need to put the files for customization in other's folder with default_upgrade.xml(have a program to do this,free and easy to found).And you don't need to pay anymore... To do other modds is just make another default_upgrade and put the files of your choice(and a master reset after)...

Well... You just "jump" other process during the flash directly to the cda choice and put the file i've attached
Obs.:You need davinci client and credit$$$(10 euros exactly).Do not choose main and fs,only will change the config.xml and your phone don't will be re-flashed.I don't no if it work with branded phones...
