I've been giving this some thought since yesterday and I now think images being display in the signature is a temporary glitch
laffen has been working on the vewtopic script to improve performance and it must be that this script used to filter out the images from the signature as it displayed posts, but somehow that part of the code is currently not executing
I have a feeling these images maybe disallowed again when the script update is completed, although hopefully he will still allow anything that starts with

Yeah I quite like having the bold signatures, so I hope that will stay. But yeah, hopefully you can get it so only A-ZoTT user bars are allowed. I'd definitely prefer that. I think it already looks a bit crap with these signature images sneaking in.

I'd prefer Esato signature image free. It keeps it looking clean mate.
And sure it won't stop people putting in images after there post as you did, but nobody is going to be so hung up about images that they are going to bother doing that every time they post!

I can just about handle the a-z of tt userbars in the sigs, but even that is pushing it tbh. Personally i reckon the forum looks so much better sig free....it needs to stay that way!

But that is easy to do. Just pm yourself with the code for the images.. and then you can copy and paste to your hearts content.
But yes, in truth, I would like Esato to be image and advert free.... like it was when I signed up!
But I know adverts generate income...
