I have this feeling too that Nokia is about to unleash something revolutionary within the next few months. I remember the N95 came was announced around December, maybe another monster of a phone this time around.
Im still waiting for the iPhone Nokia tingy as I do want a Touchscreen next ive owned Nokias 2 flagships, I think the 8GB is better than the 1st one im keeping hold of it till next year anyway as I cant see nothing any better till ntyr personally

Here's something I've just discovered, the plastic on the screen is actually a screen protector.
I was annoyed with the fact that the Nokia logo was printed on it, but it's printed on with that silver 'scratch' stuff like you get on game cards.
Quite smart!

I'm annoyed that the Barcode Scanner has been removed and Windows Live Messenger doesn't work on the N96.

another update.
The sound on the speaker is just too messed up. Almost as if it's not 'tuned'
The trebble is too high and the base is too low.
I'm going to reformat the phone and see if that does the trick.

I'm just posting these as they come.
I'm pissed off that the N96 can't play WAV files... that's what the N95 saved my audio messages as in high quality..

I don't want to hijack your thread, but I have a decision to make.
I can get either the N95 8GB, or N96 for free, on contract, here in the UK. There are no pro's or cons regarding price. What one should I go for?

hmm, if it's me, I'd go for the n96 if it's free.
Otherwise N95 8GB

See review of this on Phonearena.com. The camera pics looks sharp bright and colourful though.
