Yes I'm running Opera 9.5 Beta on my w960 right now. It didn't update the 8.65 version so you kan run both at the same time.

Known issues
* Not multilingual build — Only English is supported.
* The browser sets a new system-wide home-page, which cannot be opened by the embedded Internet browser (Opera 8.65).
* The Cancel command in the "Enter address" dialog works as "Go to", opening the provided web address.
* Cursor is not shown when HTML edit fields are partially out of screen.
* Cannot login on mail.live.com.
* Selecting "More->Go to" crashes in a specific case.
* Use command doesn't work for phone number links.
* No support for landscape screen mode due to a number of system issues with the OpenGL graphical engine.
* Browser plug-ins are disabled by default due to non-existent or incomplete system support for Flash content. They can be enabled by the user for experimental purposes only, via More->Tools->Change settings->Advanced->Allow plug-ins.
* The continuous browser usage experience might be affected by the amount of available phone RAM memory.
btw.....for those who have downloaded it already, I have a question. Is it a standalone installer or does it replace opera 8.65?

The installer said my phone is not supported, but it installed anyways, when starting opera it just says something like "application can not be started" and "application error" when i start opera widgets. Guess they put another model check inside and since the M610i was not officially released it doesn't want to run even tho my device should be 100% compatible/supported. Kinda bums me out, many applications seem to check the model and if they cant find it they refuse to run even tho they should work
So no new opera for me.

Standalone..
But it adds it.s homepage to 8.65 somehow and 8.65 is unable to open it.
And you can neither edit nor remove it from the bookmarks of 8.65.
There has to be a trick to do it..
