Hi, yes u will need to patch a k810 elf loader of some kind. Tartes mod version is the best and if using this, patching a lib is optional. Tartes can load a lib from a .bin file which makes it easier to add new functions later. There a loads of k810 elf packs on 4shared.
StandbyMode elf is very versatile in modifying the desktop. Like adding ur own icons, moving date time, changing battery/signal etc and adding other info.

apps i need are, K810 ELF patch (which i have found on perk11 site)
then this so called Sleepmode elf..
what about DYN_CONST? do i still need that?
i have already have some patches on my phone.. just no Elf...
will that suffice my plan?

got myself a Tartes Elf pack version 1.5? is that ok?
should i still install a K810i Elf pack patch before diving?

Yes u will need dyn. Ur best bet mate is to go on 4shared and search for k810 elfpack and download the most recent u can find. Its a little hard to help at the mo cos im at work and on mobile. Ill be home later and on pc so can help more then. Sorry.

is k800i elf different with w810? because with w810i i have many file like dyn.bin, lib.vkp, modpack.lib.vkp, but with k800i i just found 1 file?

Dyn_const goes in phone/other/zbin/config. You can flash the lib if u want and its updated with new functions yesterday.
If you want to use a flashed lib instead of Lib.bin and swi.blib (you can delete this one if you like, its way out of date) you will have to rename them both so the elfloader won't use those.
Tartes Elfpack loads the library in the following order...
1. lib.bin (in phone/other/zbin/config)
2. swi.blib (in phone/other/zbin/lib)
3. A patched lib.vkp (in main firmware)
To check what lib is loaded, use EPManager and select "lib status"
If your trying to get AdvancedSoftKeys elf to work then good luck! Loads of K800 users are having trouble getting it to work!

That link pertains to the right softkey but I think it applies to the left also.
But alas, I have no experience in using it.
EDIT:
BTW mine doesn't restart with that elf, it just doesn't do what its supposed to. Very annoying!

what does the Logo Changer do? does it change your Network name?
what if you used a mod for that to disappear... should you re-appear it again in order to use the LC or will it change everything back to normal and see your network name again?

darn... still cant use Standby it ask for some GUI to run...
then after Running Bookmanager, i was like stuck and nowhere to go.. cant use BACK button... this is darn silly...
no proper tuts for Elves... theyre all for advance users... sheesh
no step by step guide on how to run and exit apps.
