Just installed R1FA035 successfully, but then trying the A2 uploader. Never done it before. I get failure when holding in C while connecting the phone. I do this with the phone off. See attached pic.
Am I doing anything wrong?

have you try reinsert the battery?
or try 2+5. i think it should be worked
