your right its not all about the 12 megapixel camera. Its merly an example of what both companies can do, not how they fare overall. I was refering to someone who used the 12 megapixel camera as a means of saying samsung are better which doesnt prove much.
Also depends on the consumer and whats important to them. LG seem to be doing well in releasing good touchscreen dumbphones but with all the features such as wifi, gps, high megapixel cameras etc. Samsung are doing better with smartphones however.
Shadow11 - 2030? is that a mature, realistic response?

In Samsung's favour they are now 2nd in the mobile world just behind Nokia. Now where is LG now i forget. No honestly i do like LG. Shadow11 i do hope your not going to compare your cheap Samsung E250 to an Arena? Lol.

there's really no need to argue the point. Samsung are second, and kicking nokia hard, while LG, are bringing up the rear. There's nothing wrong with 3rd or fourth..people prefer samsung..simple really. They are going for No1.

I'm going with LG as well. Have never got on with Samsung phones. Have owned a lot of them and while the build quality is very good. They get boring quite easily resulting in me buying another phone.
I've stuck with
phones since the T68i and own practically every one of them that saw a UK release but now after trying my girlfriends LG Cookie and buying a Renoir and Arena (and soon a GD900 Crystal) for myself. I can't ee myself changing to another manufacturer anytime soon.

I believe samsung could get first place, nokia havent been keeping up their best efforts lately. Although LG are really improving rapidly, will be interesting to see how they go over the next year.
