When I try Chriz's I get ''something wrong with the page open other link'' from default browser!

hmmm, what kind?
You can't used socket connection,because it depends on you'r Network Provider,unless if their socket connection is open,even you change it to socket protocol.

Here in philippines our network providers has two access point
one for wap browsing, that has default ip that can't be change also cant be use for socket connection,
the other access point is for web browsing which we always use because you can input any ip, and also use for socket,
in your network, is there no other access point aside from what you are using now, 'cause i think you are using an access point that has default ip that can't be changed.

You just skip that, the proxy add is the only important, although you can input open DNS if you want.
