You dont need to know anyone because itīs very easy. I just bought a T-mobile simcard from UK and put it in my phone. Logged in one time and then i can buy apps. Payment you do through Google checkout so you have to activate an account there. You also have to use a wifi connection because you never activate the simcard.
You can buy a simcard here in sweden from lets say droidstuff.se for 79 Skr
