Hai ragione, nella cucina si ha stabilito il mangiare italiano a uno dei piu buoni e con le piu grandi varieta che esiste nel mondo.
Se chi pensi, hai solo una base (per dire la pasta) e esitono piu di 230 tipi di salsa che si possono aggiungere.
Now in english:
The italian cusine has get to the most beloved and to the most diversified food in the whole world.
You have to think about, that there is only one base (e.g. the noodles) ans there are mor than 230 different dressings existing for them.
