Not possible to my knowledge ,
Wireless Tether? If you can't for whatever reason...
maybe USB to ethernet if IF the HID protocol allows it
So phones micro USB charging point USB male to ethernet male (or female doesn't matter )adaptor ether ~ ps4 female ethernet port
i also tested it with laptops years ago - USB from phone plugged in laptop /PC (like you are charging you phone from PC) it's called USB Tether
Then you choose either connect ps4 to The laptops wifi or plug and ethernet cable from PC to PlayStation ethernet port.
Gonna do a quick google...
Edit - from Reddit and i remember doing this on my PS3 haha and ad-hoc below.
'USB tether from an Android phone to my laptop. Then I tether that connection over WiFi using Connectify'
You can use ad-hoc too

Any reason why?

Thanx DarkKrypt.
The reason? I'm ditching my Sky TV and broadband package which is costing me £70 a month.
My new mobile data package is AYCE but I suspect this might include only 30GB of Wi-Fi tethering. It's three times the data speed, though. Wired tethering might be necessary.
