I use small too but the SMS InBox and Call List comes out as Medium text. According to someone in Esato, this is a Software/Firmware bug. I have R2B0013 with only Chinese and English language.
Do any of you guys can verify this? is Small, Small across everything?
I prefer Small.

I'm a T39 user, I use small most of the time, except when I use the Outdoor Profile, I set it on medium (its more readable specially on a bright sunny day).
