I have had it for a couple of weeks, and can confirm that it does NOT include themes. I am unsure about the MIDP upgrade. The changes listed above are the ones that you will notice. Whether this makes it UIQ2.1 I don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and see

esato is turning into a truth and dare pool of DEATH theres so many roumers and stuff going around its hard to tell which is real and which is fake ontil i see some proof of the new upgrades in the new uiq im not gonna say it dont have themes.
(im still waiting for my firmware upgrade on the toaster that does 9 slices at once also know as T9)

I'm sure they will actually tell us when it is physically available to get. But what we are trying to find out is a roadmap as to when to expect it. I for one, would like to develop for it, so it would be nice to know what and when things are in the pipeline. Rather than just one day getting "Here it is!"
