The overlay plus is great! Screen looks more brilliant and feels hardy. Make sure no dust gets underneath it tho, enjoy!

Yes, it is still possible to use your fingers to push the buttons with Martin Fields Overlays on. The MF Overlays are worth the purchase because you the screen doesn't get dulled down as in the case of other screen protectors. However, there are two down points when compared to Brando screen protectors:
a) The Brandos are easier to write on and have a more "paper" feel. The MFOs have a more "writing on plastic" feel to it.
b) The MFOs are easier to get smudged with fingerprints. I find myself having to wipe the screen more often than when using the Brandos.
That said, I would still recommend buying the MFOs if you want a brighter screen and more vivid colors.
