Some of you guys really are sad. Going on about having a little logo on the phone and rather paying another £150 to get one without the logo. More money than sense if you ask me.

I don't know, I'd usually expect a company to knock a lot of money off to brand their phones. We're trying to buy a phone here, not a network.

Wouldn't have a phone with an Orange sticker on if you paid me - it totally ruins the phone.

I'm worried about the trend towards branding - there really is no need. What with Orange always doing it, Voda are starting with Live! and even o2 feel the need to get involved with Active...where will it all end?

Hmm fair enuff

Think ill just save myself £150 and make do with a orange sticker, couldnt one peel it off=P

Nah, it can't be peeled off.

Mind you - I can't afford the phone sim free atm so it's all hypothetical!

Donate to buy me a phone, see the £1 thread on General!

Can someone point me to a site that sells the Orange T610 for around 150 pounds please?

I've heard alot of mention about this price + 20 pounds for unlocking but can not find a single site that quotes that price... and it does seem a little unbelievable that Orange would sell them that cheap when everyone else is that much more.

thanks

yeah of course I saw that on the previous page but if it was correct (and not some post about another post in another forum about a guy who emailed some shop) then surely there would be more sites advertising the same deal.

My kids are keen to swap their T300's for the T610 and I would be happy if I could do it for them this cheap (having paid 440 euros myself) so I might call these people myself tomorrow to see what I can find out. They don't care about the orange logo!

thanks anyway

I have spoken to them myself and I bought my P800 off them at a really cheap price, much cheaper than anywhere else. They will be getting them in as soon as Orange give them the go ahead, which at the moment is looking like end of June, beginning of July.
