no, the people who were the guinea pigs were the ones who brought it a month ago on vodaphone lol. Whats the big deal with customer serive, do u guys ring it everyday asking them how u turn your phone on? You only need to ring once if your phones broken or you want to upgrade, considering you save lots of money on the tariff, spending a couple of minutes on the phone isnt really a big deal

I can get an upgrade for £80.00 (i'm on o2 50) over the phone.
Our local o2 shop doesn't have thme in yet.

got an email last nite saying the order was sent to the warehouse, and a email this afternoon saying it had been dispatched. Its says it takes 1 day to deliver after they dispatch it. so myabe tomorrow i will get it

Has anyone succesfully got O2 to take an Upgrade order over the phone yet?? I've phoned them 4 times now and each time I'm told "It'll be available tommorrow!" I've just called now and the guy said he'd been told it would be available to upgrade customers on Monday for the £49.99 as advertised on the site.
