I agree that there is nothing wrong with the old chragers, but perhaps, the new chargers may just be bad, or it could be shown that explosions could be possible, and they just are trying to avoid a lawsuit.

i think this is a hoax. could be nokia fans who got jealous because SE got popular than nokia. t68i has been on the market for so many years and not a single case of phone/charger explosion alike the nokia. this is definitely a hoax. don't you think so?

Bull.... I have t65,r320,t39,t68i,p800,t310,t100,t610 and charge don't have any problem. All chargers (except the old ones (t10...)) from Ericsson an Sony Ericsson are the same (try charging a p800 with a t39 charger and you will see)

I heard ages ago that sum phone charger caused a fire to a family home, it didnt say wat make the phone was, but they advised u not to leave it charging at lengthy periods! etc etc This message was posted from a WAP device

Well the email is true - I had it read out to me (well most of it anyway).

The shops are asked to remove all the stock, including removinmg the dummy phones from the display.
