To the person that said that old moto's were good... WTF WTF WTF !!!

My mom had a V60i ! worst UI ever..! The phone could not keep up with me holding to the down scoll key to go through the PHONEBOOK WITH 50 CONTACTS! Pioneering company... wow... Couldn't keep up with 50 contacts and would skip inbetween ... Tell me what the use is of looking for the contact before you realize you went past it !!!

0 organization between storing on the SIM or the phone... completely and utterly useless... The phone's attena was so long, hehe it fell off when my mom dropped it... However the phone still worked, with a little screwing back on..

Another example, when you got an SMS you choose whether to save it or discard it... So nothing was saved, if someone called poof it's gone... Likewise if you were writing an sms, and then you pushed the red hangup button or someone called you LOST YOUR SMS ! WHAT KIND OF BULL$HIT PHONE ! It would not save a draft until you specifically TOLD IT TO DO SO ! Wouldn't even be there if you went back to write messages ! Even nokia's have this capability !

Lets hope that the v600 is better... but judging from this past experience my other friend's part experience with a moto - I am steering clear of them !

When I bought my mom her t600 she was happy... She understood the system and did not get constantly lost... And she fell in love with the photos of the z600... Waiting to buy it for her !!!

I am a SE user, but i think that i am going to get the V600, N 6600 or the SE Z1010. the Z600 is only just smaller than its bigger brother Z1010

@dantec you are an idiot.
no wonder you didnt know how to work a v60, you cant even understand what people are posting in this thread.
i've said at least twice that the ui WAS crap but has greatly improved.
thats why i say 'anyone that knows anything about phones.......................' in my post.
people like you get me angry and ruin discussion forums like esato.
i started this thread to gain and share info on the v600 and z600 not to call moto crap and say shit like
'se forever'.

Goh i dont mean to get angry or be rude it just that it didnt belong in the other manufacturers section as-
-i would never have got a response
-i set out wanting a z600 and wanted to know if a v600 was a valid competitor.
also how do i post images?
its just that i have jpg's of some amazing phones but dont know how to post them.
cheers

ok, u do something like this:
type [ img ] (without the spaces btw the words and the square brackets) den type the web address of the image (which means u must host it somewhere first...) den type [ /img ] (again, without the spaces).

aint that a bitch. i have to host it. ill try and figure that out later. thanks man.
also just recieved an email from se uk in response to the z600's firmware updates and they refer to the z600 as their "flagship phone for 2003 and q1 of 2004". huh?
i thought their new flagship phone was the p900?
and does this mean the z1010 has been puhed back yet again?
or quite possible the attendant that emailed me was talkin rubbish.
confirm?
