i gotta question. i freshly downloaded the theme creator pro3. i tried to download the scooby theme from you on the pc but it won't save properly. none of your themes that i've tried to download on pc have not gone in the my themes folder. can you tell me what i can do or what's goin on? please help:-?

unfortunately i won't come up with kick ass themes like you but i would like to try and make some:) thx

When you download themes - you either have to save it directly in the default themes folder of Theme Creator which is:

C:Program FilesSESoftwareTheme Creator Pro 3GMy Themes

or move it to this folder from the place where you downloaded it to.
or open it inside theme creator directly from the place where you downloaded it to.

ok, just tried what you said. i tried to download the 'finalx' theme. i saved it directly to 'my themes' in SE theme creator... i 2x click on the icon and this comes up...

"windows cannot find Program.exe"
"this program is needed for opening files of type Theme Creator Pro theme file"
"type in the executable file used instead:"

this is what comes up when i 2x click on the theme. the themes even don't come up when i pull up 'my themes' from the actual program.

what am i doing wrong?

hmmm - it sounds very much like your installation of theme creator are somehow not working correct.

Can you open other themes from inside themecreator ?

i think i've found the problem. in the 'read me' text it said i had to download 'irfanview'. i just finished downloading it and now i'm playing with it. maybe it will work correctly now. hopefully:) thanks for all your help. i'll let you know if it works:) thanks again:)

Hey scubyd002 I had the smae problem as you, you wouldn't happen to be using xp pro would you?

Anyway, to fix the problem, open explorer then in the task bar, click on Tools --> Folder option, click on the "file types" tab then scroll down to THM (NOT theme) then just associate 3G theme creator with it. Hope that helps!
