SE user has to go to service center (unless he's really determined to do it by himself). And thats one of the reasons why SE phones get so high service-visits count. Personally i prefer siemens way of FW upgrading. And all i wrote about siemens (and nokia) service, is i didn't know if they upgrade for free if nothings wrong with your phone, like SE.
By the way: I dont have anything against siemens phones, i owned some older models. One of them had minor software bugs, so i sent it to siemens service. They fixed software, but ruined hardware. When discovered it, my warranty was over. Irony, isn't it?

I've seen bugs in EVERY samsung phone using the spanish language, i mean, their translations are just bad...
i.e.:the game "mole" is about those animals (in spanish, "topo"), but in the translation, it says "lunar", which means those dark spots on the skin.
i'm not saying that i dont like samsung phones, but the translation to spanish sucks...
