darNIT almost got a 3650 today
I was at this foodcourt, did a scan, and found a device called Nokia3650
Tried sending the contact to the 3650, the thing actually did go through, that means it was sending, but after a pretty short while, it failed.
I think it's because of the thing about the guy needing to accept the contact on his 3650 for him to be able to view it. Either that or he rejected it. ARRGH. Why no bluejack for meee!

Bluejacking should be kept underground.. Why the f*** would you go out and make a website to publicy it?
Taken from the front page:
""Media Interest Sparked in bluejackQ
bluejackQ.com has been approached by UK print and broadcast media interested in understanding the bluejacking craze. Watch this space for more details!""
Yeah, that sounds great.. Why dont you tell the world.. And before you know it there'll be no more victims because they'll all be too clued on.
Keep it underground.. I oppose this site.

@Zak
i appreciate your comment, but it's just a facility on phones that people are bound to find out about. it's better to tell them in an imformative way than let them find out some other way.

Doesn't the other handset have to have Bluetooth activated? What are the odds of that?

@meanmusic
yes, it does. most nokias come factory default with Bluetooth turned on, and as most users don't know what Bluetooth is they leave it on.

and as

jacking becomes more widely knows.... there is alwzi the odd chance of ppl leaving it on on purpose to see if they get :b; jacked ( I know I would

)
More publicity is not necessarily bad... it may very well mean bigger hunting grounds.... altho not necessarily any more 'what a crap phone you have it's a nokia' notes

but more of a 2 (or more) way game.
I dun see what's wrong with that at all.

@ jellyellie: I just think you're trying to get your 15 minutes..
Theres a reason your the first person to put BlueJacking out there, its because no one else prior to you has wanted it in the public domain yet.
As for it being a good thing that people know what BJing is... What a load of s***
Kiss goodbye those confused blokia looks that we love to watch. Now instead of people looking at thier phones confused at a "virus installed, take this message to the counter for a free drink etc" messages all they will do is look around, shrug and walk off knowing that someone around them is winding them up.

Maybe it's time to realize that

is not about confusing nokia owners, it's about exchanging info, not necessarily pranks on nokias but there are endless more variaties.... and not only on nokias
I fail to see why you are so wound up.
