Ofcourse Mixin you can post your picture anywhere since this is a public forum, I was just pointing out such big pictures cause trouble for some users (and you posted the same picture in more than one thread today itself) . I wouldn't have said anything if you just said that the same topic is discussed somewhere else. Also by now (after the modertors editing the picture) you know you can't post it any where you like.

GPRS users pay for the amount of data they download and hence I said all those big, high resolution pictures will 'kill' GPRS users. About your phone doesn't show pictures and hence you don't bother statement, may be you should change your phone, any way I don't think that is a good attitude towards all those people who are not using a pc to surf esato (thats only my opinion and you can have any attitude you like) and I am sure the moderators also don't think the same way and hence they edited Mixins Picture

Such is my case..... and such is every1's free choice to make. If some1 chooses to load any and all pictures that is their right... however don't complain if you end up getting large one then.

well, just tested looking at the post on my t68, using both wml and xhtml forums... seems that on both all that appears is "***image***"
so "older" phones dont worry bout it...
only problem i see now is phones that use html browsers....
p800/p900/t610 and z600
wise. yeah they load the image. the image is only 20k, its not big... and if it does crash the GPRS.. that must be a bug in the phone, ring
up and see what they have to say on the matter.
oh yeah, im not picking a fight or anything, just airing my views. and tranquil removed the image because he had "a couple of complaints" from "fed up GPRS users". now 20k is nowt much to get fed up about. (wait for comment from "fed up GPRS user" about the image having to be loaded loads of times cos of the 2 threads i posted it in)
and i will carry on posting the image when i think a post is pointless, cos im a selfish arrogant pig f*cker.

Excuse me friend but if I don't want to see pictures then I will use wap instead of GPRS and and unlike some people who want to save their montly allowance I have enabled loading pictures because I wan't to see relevent photos like may be a new phone, but that doesn't mean I am willing to pay for some kids playtime. Also I am very sure many other gprs users will have the same opinion and so do the moderators as evident by deleting Mixins picture
