what does everone think of my avatar in the post a few posts up (not the actual avatar but the one in my post), if you hover your mouse over it it says "

tranquil i think it's to do with the filename. I think you just cannot upload pictures with tranquil/picture001.jpg because it will search for a non existent dir on uploudir.org.
change the gilename on your pc to picture001 without any '/' in the filename, then upload it and then link it
