this is such a rediculous post...p800's just arrived in Canada last week! i got one friday and asked when p900's were coming out....3 salesmen didn't know what i was talking about and 2 of them said in 1 year and a half at least....all depending on p800 sales...europe's old news is canada's new buzz

Is the new P900 sceen the same sort of screen that the t610 has that cant be read outside when it is sunny.
Looking to get one soon to replace my T610 and P800 but if the screens any thing like the t610 they can keep it.

PS Before anyone says it i know it has 65000 colours approx but if it like the screen on the T610 it know good if you cant see it.

I would love to say its fine in strong sunlight, but unfortunately i live in UK, & its winter.
I havn't noticed a difference to the old P800 myself but i did read somwhere that at least one poster thought it wasn't so good in sunlight.

Although I live in the perpetual gloom and drizzle of the UK I did recently visit some friends in the north of Scotland where it was rather sunny albeit cold. I didn't think the P900 was all that great in the sunlight, no better or worse than any othe rphone I thought.
I think it comes down to several factors though e.g. how strong the sunlight is, where you are, what your eyesight is like, etc

My eye sight is ok.
I found it very hard to read the screen on the T610 last summer and dont want to have the same problem with the P900.

The p900 screen is nothing like the T610 screen. it's more like the Z600 screen, and is perfectly fine in bright sunlight.

ok ill side track the topic even more dus any1 no wen orange wil get off the p900 and let other networks sell it? cos i aint payin 400 pound on pay monthly even wen ur payin 20 pound per month!
