From what i can remember, after the mr20 i got a nec phone on cellnet. Don't know why, then i got a c12, chipped for the free credit. Funny story about that phone. Got a c12 chipped but after about 4 months it got nicked by some prick. 3 weeks after he nicked the phone he got raided by the police and they did him for having a chipped phone.

Siemens C10 (Vodafone pay as you go, 98ish), Ericsson T28s (fantastic phone, first vodafone contract), T39 (dissapointing - always looked fat after the T28), T68m>i (great phone, still on standby as backup), P800 (yay! almost as big as the old Siemens tho...)

My first phone was back in '92. It was a Motorola MR1 on Orange. One of the first digital flip phones I beleive. Two line LCD display. Can't even remember if SMS had been born back then! I think it had but nobody to send them to!! Those were the days.....

Mine was a Motorola Flare.
It was pretty old - credit card sim and it didn't have a proper battery indicator! It just had a icon of a battery (or car battery) and it would flash when it would be close to dying.
I miss it...
