> Cool trick on Bluetooth

@TonyG, so far, I haven't encountered problems with my bluetooth-capable devices. They all work well. By the way, guys, I read somewhere that there are bluetooth-enabled refrigerators. You can check the content of your fridge using your bluetooth-capable phone. Cool! I think appliance manufacturers are planning to incorporate their wares or products with bluetooth.

Playing games using bluetooth is an out of this world experience. I have friends who also happen to have t68i. We play Naval fleet just like playing network games on computers. It's really cool!

OK, a couple of questions. Firstly, is the Nokia 7650 upgradeable so it can work with a BT handsfree? I was planning on getting one, but if it's not there's no point as I've ordered a Bluespoon.
Secondly is there anything in the BT specification to allow either conversation over BT, or SMS/chat over BT. I appreciate it's not currently available on handsets, but with something like the 7650/P800 I guess it may be possible to write an app that could do this?

i think conversation is impossible but if you just want to send a message you could write it as a note and send that

the 7650 does not support headset profile with the limited range of BT adding a messaging platform would be a vast waste of resources. 10 metres? You could write on paper quicker.
