The only time I have contacted them I just replied to the email they seny me, which they replied by saying that they didnt deal with the orders, and that it was phone4u that did, so I emailed them. When I get home i'll edit this post with the details.

well, I finally managed to get hold of phoneboxdirect on their 0870 number. took them three minutes to bloody answer! anyways, they're saying they still have no p900s, but are expecting them soon (sound familiar?). jolly good show and all that.
