Any idea when the n6620 will be available?

it's an America-only phone. for now, at least. Nokia may release a europe/asian version to statisfy its penchant/fetish for releasing many different versions of the same phone.

Same price range as P900, yet so much more is offered!

well actually it isn't the same price because it isn't out yet!
christ so you can predict the price of a p900 in q4? i mean
sony ericsson even presented their lineup for 2004 and there was a p1000 so p900 should be really cheap then (much like p800)
i mean it was the same with 6230 and with all presentations if you are going to compare phones that aren't out and some that are already available for 4 months then i would compare neonode with p900

Helicopters don't need wings The Series 80 UI is built around the QWERTY keyboard and is supported by a diagonal pad that can act as a mouse cursor.

Quote:You are very wrong, look at the P900,the P900 beat the 6600,look at the T610,the T610 beat the 7250i or the T100,the T100 beat the 2xxx or the 1xxx from Nokia just like the T220.Or the P800,the P800 beat the 7650 or 3650 and the T630 will beat the 6230 to,you know why just look at the interface and the screen from the 6230 and the interface from T630

Flying finn,i think your are in dreamland from Nokia

Isn't this thread about the 6600 already having beaten the P900? The T610 may have sold more than the 7250i (I don't know) but it didn't kill Nokia. Look at the market share development. What are you basing this "T100 and T220 beat Nokia 1xxx and 2xxx"? The 1100 hit the stores in early 2004, the T100 in 2002. I don't know anything about the global sales of the T100 vs the 2100. The T220 doesn't compete with either 1100 or 2100 and has probably sold less than the 3100. The 7650 was the best selling camera phone (and digital camera, lol) of 2002 in Europe, I can imagine it having sold more than the P800. In early 2003 it was replaced by the 3650 and I can see the P900-6600 phenomenon here as well. A broader user field. Sales wise anyway.

With the 6230 vs. T630 you are purely speculating. By its features, the 6230 looks very strong compared to the T630. Did you know that the T630 became available in Finland only a few days ago? It doesn't even have a launch date advantage everywhere (one that matters anyway).

@gforce23: yes, but that doesn't make it suitable for launch in Asia/Europe. sure, it can be used there, but five minutes of sunshine does not make it a sunny day.

@Flying Finn: irrelevant perhaps, but a helicopter's rotor blades are its wings. [in fact look at a cross-section and you'll see that they're wing-shaped].

When the 6230 was announced, SE fans said it was a smartphone and can't be compared with the T630. Now when the 6600 has become the best selling smartphone, they say it's no smartphone at all.

btw. I know a thing or two about aviation & aerodynamics. I tried to describe airplane-like wings in a way everyone would understand.
