I know that one of the advantages of GPRS over CDS connection( analogue) is that u ALWAYS receive the calls when u r in the middle of the gprs session.the data transmission stops and the call gets in.After u finished the call, u can resume the data transfer.If u can't receive calls during gprs sessions is cuz u have some barring into ur phone or ur provider has a problem.It's abnormal not to be able to get a phonecall while using gprs.

@701
wat u say is absolutely right. I have no call barring in my fone. The queer thing is that people using n3650 are able to get incoming calls yle using gprs on their laptops or pcs, but when i use my p900 in the same network, i dont get incoming calls. thats what is buggin me. we dont want Nok one higher up than SE

hey guys...something to share with all of u...
I am pretty sure that P900 is also a Class B type device...
recently i was surfing web on my p900, and was waiting for a file that to complete downloading...while waiting i decided to call my wife...
guess what... after i dial her number... a pop-up message display prompt me the following message:-
" GPRS will be suspended if you continue. You may lose data. Continue? [No] [Yes]"
if even p900 is a gprs class B phone, i think i can truely be sure that all the other model

phones are definately a Class B too.
