Dear Mr.
Please be advised that after purchase of my brand new P800, I found upon opening the box a knife sticking through the screen. Believing this to be an accessory not previously mentioned on your website, I proceeded to use the P800 for several months but found it's performance lacking compared with features described in the manual. Coincidentally there was no mention of the knife in the manual either - an oversight on your part I believe. I was unable to make or receive calls, use the calendar, camera, and flip, or any software for that matter. Operating the touch-screen presented dangers I had hitherto not expected, but my doctor says the stiches should come out in a few more days (my medical expenses will be forwarded in a separate letter).
I enclose my P800, with proof of purchase, for your support division to investigate. I expect you to stand by the warranty of your product, and look forward to receiving a new or repaired P800 unit by return courier at your earliest convenience.
