@orangeman
Do you have any information regarding Orange's 3G price plans?

I read this thread and I remember that as much as I would want that phone, it's not compatible with 1900MHz GSM
Oh well, we don't have 3G here anyways so I guess it wouldn't really be worth it...But I do love the look of the z1010, wish they would have the exact same design but in a model designed for the Americas...and before you say anything, I don't think the z500's design is as nice as the z1010's!

@bacanito - z1010 and K700 are very similar. Get a K700

@ orangeman
That's what I'm planning, not out yet...but as much as I really like the k700's design, I like the Z1010's better.
And the K700 doens't have a MS Duo slot...
yay....100 posts...

@ Orangeman - Please keep me posted as to Orange's 3G plans. I am keen to move to 3G and the best time to do it is coming soon as other operators are planning their 3G launches.
Info that would be really helpful would be release date and tariff information. There are reports that some of the operators may go head to head with 3 on the tariff front, but only for the benefit of existing customers. Turning to release date, I have heard all the Mondays in July as well as August as the anticpated release date, if you can enlighten us more, please do so. Finally how about reception? With Orange and T-Mobile being on 1800 MHz signal penetration in blocks of flats and underground etc is not good when compared to O2 & Vodafone on 900 Mhz, is Orange's 3G better for that? I don't get good Orange or T-Mobile inmy flat, but Vodafone and O2 work fine, please advise. Thanks.

I'd heard that Orange weren't going to be offering the sort of cut price plans that 3 are currently offering.

No they are'nt. 3g prices have been released with the 3G office card. These may stay the same for private customers.
