As has been discussed before here at Esato, there are two different batteries, with two different power ratings (670 mAh and 700 mAh), delivered with different phones.
I don't know if it's true, but if it is it might have something to do with the battery life issue. I might be totally wrong, but it would be interesting to know what battery rating (mAh) different phones are used with.

Interesting talks.well, the more the mah rating, the more it should last. This is the general theory

@iamcrunchie - Did you have your SE K700/i upgraded with that of the R2L... firmware

If not

, then I totally doubt it that your fone will last 7-10 days mate

Having the old firmware, the fone 'must' have a stand-by time of 'only' 2 days, at the most

!!!

Nope, I have an O2 branded K700i with R2A041 and it lasts a little more than 80 hours in standby (plus some calls, about 20 min).
I'm currently at the 5th cycle of charge (a cycle is full charge during at least 12 hours and using it until it's empty).
And my battery is a 700 mAh one.
Strange, isn't it ?

My battery life is great on mine, I've only had to charge once or twice since I got it (Friday 14th) and this has been with constant usage.
