I had this problem but i oly had it in the case for bout half hour hten i took it out and saw them, it was dust so i just used the cleaning cloth n they went. Is it like hardened onto ur screen try scratching it off lightly.

Just take it to your nearest Se service centre and ask them to open the case and see if its under and if they can clean it for you.
