I don't know why mobile-review says 8 Jan 2004
BUT the fact is I bought my T610 on 31 May and then I know in Asia T630 is out somewhere end of Noverber (We call it T628).
The point is like someone mentioned, there's no perfect phone and if you can't get a phone tht u like on look and features...wait.
If you can live on by having a non SE phone...then go get it and don't feel upset when you have to live with a phone tht cannot satisfy all your need. We PAY and We Decide...not Nokia or SonyEricsson who will tell us what WE MUST BUY.
FYI....can you find any nokia phone with less than 4MB memory? Well I donno any.
All I know is Sagem have camera phone with 2MB....Panasonic too....Siemens....to name a few....I can't remember the model number...you can find it online....those were mostly phone launched and announced in 2003.
this is 2nd half of 2004....look forward on phone tht come with slot for Reduce MMC, Mini SD, MS Duo (even Pro), Transflash or maybe XD.

another small note....if any of you know ppl with insider news then you can also know why T630 is out 2004 and not end of 2003 like in Asia.

Why dont release se the same fone in the same time all around the world? Why to wait weeks in several countries or even monthes?

It depends on marketing and sales. K700i won´t be available in my country until end of november or december, and many of you are enyoing it now. There's no "global market" on the cellphone industry, sometimes model simply doesn't show near here like T630 or Z600.

To reply to the general marketing startegy:i dont speak as a professionist but a few things come to my mind. :se: doesnt have a branch here and we r the 2nd biggest country in Eastern Europe after Poland. That means that :se: is not interested in selling phones here. Why?Dont know-in 23 million ppl,more than 12mil own a cellph with 50% subscriptions!I say it's good biz. That 1 reason why they don't launch worldwide.
