I wouldn't be happy if that started happening within a few days of getting any new gizmo, it suggests it could fail completely in the near future, then you'd be screwed. I'd certainly chat with the place you bought it from.

I have no problem with my t610 (more than one year) and t630's (more than 6 months) joystick. May b try to press it a bit softer. Also, its good to bring the phone to se service centre and ask them to adjust the joystick for you.

i do get @davidos worry, nice features, nice screen, nice design etc but the main thing, comfortable use is missing.
