Im there with you guys, i split up with my 2 year gf several months ago. Thought i couldnt get through it cos i was so down, but i did. Yea you cant help but think about what youve lost but pull through it and youll realise what youve gained. When i came through the other end of all the shit i went through, i was, and still am, a happier, more confident and dignified person than i ever have been before.

@Boba she werent too impressed with the picture thing but what can I do, having that stuff around me hurts everytime i look at it so I had to remove it!
I have to admit I am the revenge type but I dont think ill bother this time, just aint worth it!
My part in all this is complicated. basically she cheated on me about 7 months ago and since then I've always been suspicious of her. she went out at the weekend and got chatted up by this guy, they swapped numbers and were txting each other and I found out and we had a massive row about it and split up. Ive told her I want her back but she doesnt know if she wants to be with me anymore. she says she loves me still too which makes it even harder!

Yes, time is pretty good at sorting these things out. Me and my girlfriend split up for about 3 weeks last year, and it seems to have done our relationship a world of good! It was a complete split, I though it was for good. To the extent that I went out and bought and imulsively bought a totally big and unsuitable car that she wouldn't let me buy while we were together!
Have a complete break from each other for a week or two to give each other thinking and breathing space. Then get back together, have a talk, and see how things go.
