i really loved the t series personally,
few good things about them
1. tiny form factor
2. great value for money (more features than other phones available for that price.)
4. extremely eye catching design.

Same thoughts here, i would do miss it aswell. However the k serie has some in it from the t serie, but far away of my taste. Even i got used for the model name. This message was posted from a T630

Yeah I agree. The K700 never really 'grabbed my attention' like the T610 did, I think it was the eye-catching radical design of the T610 that did it.

Having had mine for 9 months I have replaced the shell cover once and have another spare because I always want it to look perfect (I am in love I think), because I think the design is timeless. I will be sorry if they ceased production.

well, according to krusell, the top selling phones this month are,
1. (1) Sony Ericsson T630/628/610/637
2. (3) Sony Ericsson K700i
3. (4) Nokia 6230
4. (-) Nokia 5140
5. (8) Nokia 7610
6. (7) PalmOne Treo 600
7. (10) Siemens M65
8. (9) Nokia 6610i/7250/7250i
9. (5) Nokia 3510
10. (-) Nokia 6620/6600

( )= last months position.

so I really wonder why want to stop the phones when they are doing so well.

Why is that Bob? Because the T610 was the T68s replacement?

I don't think SE will stop producing the T6** series of handsets, especially if the South America launch as just got off the ground. With the T6** being a few years old now, SE must have recouped the huge amount of money they forked out initially for design & development costs of this range of handsets and must be making a handsome profit. It is a manufacturer's nightmare for the opposite to happen.

SE must be very pleased with itself, having conjured up a very successful handset which, according to Milmino's Krusell figures is outselling Nokias bestseller, is no mean feat.
